Warranty

Every winch and accessory carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Motor, gearbox, brake, clutch, control box and remotes failing in normal use are repaired or replaced, our choice, and we pay the return carriage on a confirmed fault.

Not covered: rope and cable wear, overloading beyond the rated pull, water ingress from submersion, damage from wiring without a fuse or with undersized leads, and winches opened or modified.

To claim, email support@pumaspeed.co.uk with your order number, the model and a short video or photo of the fault. We reply within one working day.
